Senior AI Engineer / Lead Developer (Greenfield)

As the Lead Developer, you will take full technical ownership of a new, strategic initiative. This is a Greenfield project, meaning you will build from scratch without the burden of legacy code. You will develop an intelligent, LLM-based assistant designed to support therapists and healthcare professionals by guiding clinical processes, conducting background surveys, and supporting video consultations. Your goal is to create a scalable solution that integrates seamlessly with different kind of tools.

Must-have Requirements:

• Strong Seniority: 5+ years of experience, preferably in fast-paced scaleup environments, with a "get things done" mindset.
• LLM Expertise: Proven experience in implementing large language models in production (OpenAI API, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Hands-on Coding Architect: You are a builder at heart. You excel at creating production-grade code across the Cloud and Backend.
• Full-stack Understanding: Experience with modern web development (React) and architecting scalable systems.
• Security-First Mindset: Understanding of the sensitive nature of healthcare data and the ability to design for high security and on-premise constraints.

Good-to-have Requirements:

• Technical Leadership: Experience "taking a stand" on technical decisions and guiding teams that are new to deep AI integration.
• Holistic Vision: The ability to navigate the exploration phase of a project and translate high-level goals into technical reality.
