We are now seeking Test Architects to join our partner companies’ teams. Are you the test automation and quality engineering expert ready to take the next step in your career and tackle new challenges?

Your role

You will own and elevate the degree of test automation across multiple teams, setting the strategy, architecture, and pipelines that enable reliable, programmatic testing from unit to end-to-end. You’ll standardize CI/CD practices, build reproducible environments, and ensure feedback reaches the right stakeholders through automated reporting, metrics, and dashboards for continuous 360° visibility.

In close collaboration with product, service owners, and multivendor teams, you will drive the roadmap for test automation capabilities, champion AI in testing, and coach teams on robust engineering practices (version control, PR reviews, linting, GDPR-compliant test data). When needed, you will step in as a project test lead for strategically important deliveries and streamline agreements across development, integration, and UAT.

Must-have requirements:

• Test automation: Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Requests/HTTP client libraries
• Robot Framework libraries: Browser, Appium, Requests; Reporting Portal for test report aggregation
• Unit testing: pytest/unittest (Python), JUnit/TestNG (Java), Jest/Mocha (JS/TS), NUnit/xUnit (C#)
• Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C# (polyglot skillset)
• CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines; artifact management, env provisioning, test stage orchestration, automated reporting, alerting/logs, AI-assisted pipelines
• Version control & collaboration: GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps Repos; enforcing PR reviews, linting, branching strategies
• Environment virtualization & cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift (ephemeral envs, containerized runners, service mocks/simulators)
• Test management: Jira, Jira Xray, Azure DevOps Test Plans
• AI for test automation: GitHub Copilot and pay-per-use AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) for test generation, scripts, log analysis, self-healing locators, synthetic data
• Quality engineering platforms: Metrics/dashboards (Grafana/Kibana/PowerBI), logging/monitoring (ELK/EFK, Azure Monitor, App Insights), GDPR-compliant test data handling

Good-to-have (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Test architecture and automation strategy; system/subsystem test planning
• Quality and test governance; team-owned quality practices
• Roadmapping and capability development; coaching test automators
• TCO calculations across CAPEX/OPEX for quality and testing
• Secure and compliant test data strategy
• Experience acting as test lead/service delivery owner in multi-team environments
