We are partnering with a global B2B SaaS company operating at the forefront of financial process automation and digital compliance. The organization develops a cloud-based platform that enables large enterprises to manage complex financial document workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, prevent fraud, and optimize cash flow across international markets.

To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Enterprise Architect to define and drive the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy of a global invoice automation and compliance platform.

The Role

As Enterprise Architect, you will shape the architecture of scalable, secure, and globally adaptable cloud services used by some of the world’s most demanding enterprises. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, focusing on architectural excellence rather than line management responsibilities.

Working in close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Compliance specialists, you will ensure that the platform remains future-proof, high-performing, and aligned with rapidly evolving regulatory requirements.

You will report to senior product leadership and act as a trusted advisor across technology and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise-wide architecture and long-term technical vision
• Design scalable, compliant, and globally configurable SaaS services
• Govern architectural standards, best practices, and technical principles
• Partner with product leadership to translate business strategy into technical direction
• Guide engineering teams in distributed, cloud-native system design
• Ensure security, performance, and resilience across a high-scale B2B ecosystem
• Support innovation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven capabilities

Ideal Background & Experience

Core Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture within complex, distributed B2B systems
• Strong experience designing and governing global SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns:
  • Event-driven systems
  • Microservices
  • Domain-driven design
  • Data pipelines
  • API ecosystems
• Proven experience with cloud-native architecture, ideally within Amazon Web Services (experience with Azure also relevant)
• Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with strategic and business thinking
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills (English required)

Highly Valued

• Experience in finance, invoicing, document automation, ERP integrations, or regulatory compliance domains
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, tools, or applied AI use cases in enterprise software
• Curiosity and proactive mindset toward emerging technologies

Education

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Alternatively, equivalent extensive practical experience
