Your role

As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for the technical development, architecture, and continuous improvement of business applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to map requirements, design robust solutions, and ensure that the platform effectively supports organizational goals. Your role involves a mix of hands-on development, solution design, and acting as a technical advisor for modernizing business processes.

Must-have requirements

• Core Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse).
• Development & Customization: Proven track record in developing, configuring, and tailoring low-code and pro-code solutions to meet diverse business needs.
• Integration Skills: Experience in connecting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other business systems and external data sources.
• Consultative Mindset: Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional, user-friendly technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills; you thrive in a role that bridges the gap between technical teams and business users.

Good-to-have

• Full-stack Awareness: Experience with C#, .NET, or JavaScript for extending platform capabilities.
• Data & Analytics: Familiarity with Power BI for creating impactful data visualizations and reports.
• Cloud Architecture: Understanding of Azure services and how they complement the Power Platform.
• Security & Governance: Knowledge of environment management, DLP policies, and platform governance best practices.
