About the role

As a Senior System Specialist, your primary focus will be on Windows-based environments, Microsoft technologies, Citrix, VMware and Linux.

​

Your daily work will include handling incident tickets, implementing changes, and building new services and systems in customer production environments.

​

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Windows-based production environments
• Manage and support Active Directory and identity services
• Handle incident tickets and change requests
• Deploy and configure new servers and services
• Implement changes in customer production environments
• Collaborate with team members and participate in technical discussions

Required skills and experience

We are looking for a senior-level expert with minimum of 5 years of experience.

Core expertise

• Windows Server & Active Directory (AD)
• PKI, NPS, WSUS
• Microsoft Entra ID & Microsoft 365
• Azure (virtual machines, databases, cloud services)
• Certificate services
• Citrix (CVAD, ADC / NetScaler)
• VMware
• Dell servers and Dell VxRail
• Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu)

Team

You will be part of a team of approximately 15 specialists, working closely together on customer production environments and infrastructure development.

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows infrastructure administration
• Experience working with production environments and critical systems
• Ability to independently manage incidents and changes
• Experience with Citrix environments is highly valued
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
• Open mindset and willingness to actively participate in team discussions
