‍Your role

‍As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines. You will work with leading cloud technologies and help businesses harness the power of data to drive decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and efficiency in data processing.

‍Must-have requirements

• Academic degree in a highly quantitative discipline or specialization (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Software Engineering)
• 5+ years of professional experience working in data (data engineering or closely related roles)
• Proficiency in SQL (relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle) and Python for data engineering and processing
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with data engineering platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, API management)
• Solid understanding of software and data engineering best practices
• Ability to design and implement data models and data structures
• Fluency in written and spoken English (professional level)

Good-to-have (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience with machine learning pipelines
• Proficient in Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
• Experience with other data platforms and cloud services
• Finnish language proficiency
