Deadline:
June 12, 2026

Integrify is a tech talent platform and recruitment services provider that brings IT professionals and tech teams together. Over 150 organizations, including ABB, Telia, TietoEvry, Digia, and Fujitsu, trust the expertise of our professionals.

We are looking for an experienced or growth-oriented Senior Electronics Engineer on behalf of Integrify’s internationally recognized and financially solid partner company. In this role, you will take ownership of product lifecycle management and production support.

This is not a routine maintenance role. You will be a vital link in the Engineering organization, ensuring the manufacturability, high quality, and continuous availability of our premium high-tech instruments from the factory floor to the global market. The position offers an exceptionally diverse field of work with a broad view of manufacturing operations, purchasing stakeholders, and a global subcontractor network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management & Component Availability (EOL): Independently resolve component availability challenges and End-of-Life (EOL) issues. You will source, test, and approve replacement components (e.g., inductors, transformers, ICs, capacitors) to ensure parallel, robust, and cost-effective supply chains.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a technical expert and reliable support point for our internal production lines and external subcontractors. Perform root cause analyses for failures detected during manufacturing.
  • Laboratory Work & Engineering Changes: Conduct hardware-level testing and verification of circuit modifications in the on-site laboratory, and document changes in PLM systems.
  • Task Prioritization: Organize your own work autonomously, reacting swiftly to daily production "firefighting" needs while steadily driving long-term product quality improvement projects.

What We Expect from You:

  • Practical Electronics Expertise: A solid understanding of both analog and digital electronics, and how physical components behave within circuits. A few years (or more) of practical experience in an industrial or production environment is essential.
  • Mastery of Testing & Lab Tools: You are at home in a laboratory environment and proficient in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other standard measurement equipment.
  • Design & Automation Software: Experience with circuit simulation and PCB design tools (e.g., Simetrix, Altium, CADStar, or similar), as well as product data management systems (Agile, Jira, Excel) is considered an asset.
  • Proactive Mindset & Prioritization Skills: You thrive in a role with high autonomy and the freedom to drive things forward. You know how to prioritize tasks based on product volume and business impact.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required for daily collaboration with international suppliers. Professional proficiency in Finnish is considered a significant advantage for internal factory and stakeholder cooperation.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):

  • Basic Python skills (or experience utilizing other scripting/AI tools) to automate tests or streamline your daily workflows.
  • Familiarity with industrial standards and regulations (e.g., EMC requirements, CE, RoHS).

Why should you apply?

  • A permanent, impactful position in a stable company where Engineering and product lifecycle functions are highly valued.
  • Access to top-tier, modern laboratory facilities and high-end equipment on-site.
  • Opportunities to deepen your expertise in electronics, electromagnetics, and hardware design with the support of highly experienced colleagues.
  • A clear career path with strong supervisor support for professional growth and workload management.
