Test Lead

As a Test Lead, you will take ownership of our test strategy and ensure our quality standards evolve together with our products. You’ll guide the test team, collaborate with developers and system engineers, and drive test processes across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Define and manage overall test strategy and practices.
• Lead and mentor the test team, and coordinate subcontractors when needed.
• Ensure test coverage, reporting, and release readiness.
• Continuously improve test processes, tools, and quality metrics.

System Tester (Embedded)

As a System Tester, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to products that bridge hardware and software in challenging embedded environments. Together with the testing team, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and directly impact the performance and reliability of our solutions.

What you’ll do

• Create, execute, and document test scenarios for embedded products.
• Perform firmware release validation to ensure seamless integration of components.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain and develop test infrastructures to strengthen system testing practices.

Test Automation Engineer

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be the driving force behind automation practices in our test environment. You’ll design frameworks, implement automated test suites, and ensure our pipelines keep quality high while speeding up delivery.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for embedded systems.
• Create automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Improve automation coverage and scalability for long-term efficiency.

What Helps You Succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• Previous experience in testing (embedded systems, IoT devices, or hardware-software integrated products).
• Familiarity with electronics basics (voltage, current, resistance, power).
• Understanding of agile product development practices.
• Experience with Embedded Linux, networked systems, test automation tools, and reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Leadership experience (for Test Lead or subcontractor coordination).
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude and knowledge-sharing approach.

Nice to have: Experience in safety-critical domains (automotive, aerospace, medical)
