Your journey starts with your application. This is your chance to showcase your background, skills, and career aspirations.
Technical test
If your application meets our minimum qualifications, we will invite you to complete a short technical test.
Interviews
After succeeding in the technical test, you will be invited to a video interview so we can get to know you better.
Studies
Stay active during the training, attend lectures regularly, complete your assignments on time and learn as much as possible.
Career coaching
Participate in workshops, attend 1on1 mock interviews with our Career Growth Specialists, and follow their guidance.
Getting a job
Having been equipped with all the necessary technical and soft skills you will be set to land a tech job soon after graduation.

If you are located in Sweden, Denmark, Germany or the Netherlands, you are eligible to 3 flexible tuition payment models:

Income-share agreement
You only start paying the tuition fee back after graduating, finding a qualified IT job and earning at least 2800€/month (33 600€/year).
The tuition fee is paid back in installments of 12% of your gross salary until you pay back the full amount of 11 900€ or until 60 months have passed after your graduation, whichever occurs first.
Advance prepayment
You can opt for paying the tuition fee in full before you land a job. In this case, Integrify will grant you a substantial discount to support you in your studies.
The upfront payment amount depends on whether the tuition is paid before or after the program start date (discount of 4000€ - 5000€).
Partial payment
You may also wish to pay the tuition in 3-6 monthly installments during or after the program.
In this case, the total tuition amount to be paid is 8900€ (discount of 3000€).

What are the deadlines for applying?
Integrify Academy is a fully online educational provider focused on equipping its students with the most in-demand skills to help them land a job in the IT sector. We offer training programs in Full Stack development, as well as Data Science and Machine Learning.
What are the requirements to join the program?
For our Data Science and Machine Learning program, the minimum requirements are Intermediate knowledge in Python, familiarity with mathematical concepts (statistics, algebra, calculus), good communication skills in English, and ability to commit to full-time studies 5 days a week.
After applying, when can I expect to hear back from you?
You will receive instructions on the next steps immediately upon application submission. In case you do not receive an email, make sure to check your Spam box. If you still have not received a message from us, contact us at academy.international@integrify.io.
How does the application process look like?
After you submit your application and we find you meet our minimum qualifications, you will be asked to complete a short technical test. If you pass the assessment, we will invite you to a video interview and further technical assessment with our Talent Recruiter and one of our Teaching Assistants. Once you pass the interview, you will receive an enrolment contract to sign and confirm your participation in the program.
What is Integrify Academy?
Integrify Academy is a fully online educational provider focused on equipping its students with the most in-demand skills to help them land a job in the IT sector. We offer training programs in Full Stack development, as well as Data Science and Machine Learning.
How long is the program?
Our Full Stack program is five months long, though you will continue to receive career support and access to teaching and learning materials for up to 5 years after graduation.
What does the training consist of?
The 5-month training period for all our programs consists of both technical training and career coaching to ensure you have all the necessary technical and soft skills to help you enter the IT job market.
How much is the tuition fee?
The tuition fee ranges from 0€ to 11,900€ depending on your chosen payment method.
Will I receive any certification after completing the training?
After completing the program, you will receive a certificate of completion from Integrify Academy to confirm your successful graduation. We can also provide you with a letter of recommendation upon your request.
What is the teaching format?
All our programs are completely online with daily live lectures. Lectures are hosted through Zoom, and communications between students with Integrify and each other are primarily done through Slack. Our Instructors and Teaching Assistants will also be conducting code reviews through GitHub.
What would my typical day look like during the program?
Live online lectures take place every weekday from 9 am for 2-3 hours. Attendance is required, and lectures are recorded for future reference. After lectures, you are are encouraged to work on projects and assignments, and book 1-on-1 meetings with our Instructors, Teaching Assistants, or Career Growth Specialists. In addition, our Community Specialist will also be checking in on you every month with feedback sessions and progress discussions.
Where do your training materials come from?
All of our training materials are developed in-house. Our technical curricula are constructed by our team of expert developers with decades of combined industry experience who themselves have previously completed programs at Integrify Academy. Our career support materials are designed by our Career Growth Specialists, who have successfully supported hundreds of our students to land jobs in the tech field.
Why is this tech stack being taught as opposed to other options in the market?

Does the program offer any hands-on projects and real-world applications?

Are there any additional resources or materials available to support students during the studies, such as mentorship or community forums?
Throughout the program, you will be able to book 1-on-1 meetings with your Instructors, Teaching Assistants, Career Growth Specialists, and Community Specialists for feedback, advice, mentorship, and coaching — whatever you may need! We also have community channels on Slack, which is the main communication platform for all programs at Integrify Academy, so you can network with other students, alumni, and professionals in Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
Are there any flexible scheduling options (during studies)?
Our programs are fast-paced and intensive, and we do require regular attendance to keep up with the curriculum. As the remote lectures are held during the mornings, availability during that time is a prerequisite for being selected. Furthermore, as you are studying in a cohort, some group work may be scheduled during the times that are not subject to change for individual students. However, under exceptional circumstances, you can discuss with our Instructors and Community Specialists the possibility to arrange a more flexible study plan for you.
Are lectures recorded?
Yes, lectures are recorded for your future reference. However, we require live attendance to ensure active participation and effective learning, as well as to enable our instructors to get to know you and support you better.
Does the program consist of any in-person teaching or meetings?
No, however, our online community is present in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands, and is very active on Slack and LinkedIn. We host online hackathons quarterly, as well as regular after-work sessions to help you network and bond with each other.
What is Income Share Agreement (ISA) and how does it work?
An Income Share Agreement (ISA) is an interest-free contract to help fund your education during and after the training period. Rather than receiving a loan and paying it back with interest, you are only required to pay back the tuition once you have landed a qualified IT job and are earning 2800€ or more. Once employed, you will pay 12% of your gross salary until you have either paid off the maximum tuition of 11,900€ or until five years have passed since your graduation date, whichever occurs first. A qualified IT job is defined as a job requiring knowledge or the use of knowledge gained during studying at Integrify Academy. In other words, a qualified IT job is any job that you would not have been able to land had it not been for your studies at Integrify.
Is it possible to pay more than 12% of my gross salary or pay the tuition fee in full?
We have various different payment options available to accommodate different situations and preferences.
You can opt for paying the tuition fee in full before you land a job. In this case, Integrify will grant you a substantial discount to support you in your studies. The upfront payment amount depends on whether the tuition is paid before or after the program start date (discount of 4000€ - 5000€).

I already have previous experience in the field. Will I still be required to pay the tuition fee under the Income Share Agreement?

I have started work that is unrelated to the skills taught in the program. Will I still be required to pay the tuition fee under the Income Share Agreement?
If you have landed a job in IT but it does not require skills taught in the program, or if you have landed a job in an unrelated field, we will have to evaluate whether this job qualifies for your tuition fee payment. A qualified IT job is defined as a job requiring knowledge or the use of knowledge gained during studying at Integrify Academy. In other words, a qualified IT job is any job that you would not have been able to land had it not been for your studies at Integrify.
