As a Business Developer at Integrify, you get to unleash your drive for accelerating business growth. Integrify provides intensive advanced software development and data science training for international tech talent and provides them employment opportunities via our IT-consulting and staffing services. This is where you come in. You’ll be a key player in our four-person business development team, driving sales and negotiating with potential customers. Your main goal is to make sure our talented developers are working on client projects and hired through our staffing model. Our model works. Since 2016 over 300 developers and data scientists have started in our Academy and an impressive 80% of the talent have landed a job in technology.
At Integrify you’ll get to knock on the doors of leading Finnish companies, such as start-ups, corporates, and software consultancies in order to build trust-based customer relationships. - You'll be building a strong sales opportunity pipeline, keeping prospects warm

- You are fluent in Finnish and English (Finnish is a must in this role)
