Your Responsibilities
As a Student Recruitment Lead you take ownership of our student recruitment goals. In practice, this means:
- Own, standardize and continuously improve the student admission process including evaluation criteria, testing, communication, interview structure & methods, and the candidate experience as a whole
- Create student admission strategy and take forward improvement initiatives
- Manage and support a growing team of talent recruiters
- Ensure all our applicants have a great recruitment experience
- Manage and support a growing team of talent recruiters
- Collaborate with the marketing team to guarantee a constant flow of applicants, remove bottlenecks and provide feedback
- During peak recruitment periods (close to program start dates) also take part in the actual student recruitment interviews and provide hands-on support to talent recruiters
- Improve and report key performance metrics: application to student interview rate, candidate to student conversion rate, number of students recruited
What makes you a great candidate?
- You have previous talent acquisition or recruitment experience (3+ years)
- You have experience in leading a team or a function
- You are organized, reliable and data-driven
- You are a great communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You are social and feel comfortable presenting Integrify to our candidates and other stakeholders
- You have an interest in technology and lifelong learning
